Pennsylvania Higher Education System Looks to CUE to Increase Minority Graduation Rates
The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) has retained the Center for Urban Education (CUE) for a two-year, $1 million project to raise college completion rates for minority students.
CUE will use its signature Equity Scorecard™ with the system’s 14 universities to incorporate equity metrics into their accountability program, which rewards them when they meet their improvement goals.
PASSHE’s universities serve nearly 120,000 students in their baccalaureate programs and offer thousands of non-credit training programs annually to enhance adult employability and regional economic development efforts.
