Benchmarking Workshops Help Campuses Use Data for Action Planning
CUE Project Specialist Dr. Rosita Ramirez leads a benchmarking workshop that was held in Los Angeles on April 8, 2011.
CUE has partnered with more than a dozen community colleges in California as part of the Basic Skills Initiative (BSI) and the Research & Planning Group’s Bridging Research, Information & Culture (BRIC) Initiative.
Benchmarking workshops organized by CUE are being held around the state this spring to achieve several objectives, among them: to help faculty and staff at community colleges learn how to incorporate data into action plans and to set goals to help close racial equity gaps among students of color in California.
